The holidays are upon us- yay!
For most, that means time to celebrate, faith, family, fun, and food. But as the morning after Thanksgiving rolled around, I woke up feeling awfully achy. I may have enjoyed a bit more sugar than I should have last night. And, I may have woken up and eaten lemon raspberry bread for breakfast.
